Working Principle of Pressure Arc Screen Sieve Bend Screen
The starch emulsion is expertly sprayed from the nozzle onto the screen surface, utilizing precise pressure and optimal spray speed. This targeted approach ensures the starch emulsion is efficiently directed to the screen surface along the tangent direction of the arc screen. It then rapidly spreads, uniformly covering the screen surface, ensuring quick and smooth passage through the screen surface. The flow direction of the starch emulsion is maintained at right angles to the screen slit,
subjecting it to an intricate blend of centrifugal force, impact force, gravity, and the precise cutting force of the screen wire's sharp edge, all acting on thestarch emulsion on the concave arc screen surface.
The wedge-shaped screen wire acts like a deftly sharp knife. As the starch emulsion makes contact, it impacts the keen blade of the screen wire, transforming the starch into a delicate liquid layer. This liquid layer, along with fine particles, seamlessly passes through the narrow and expertly designed small screen slits, entering the bottom flow to form the desirable undersize. Meanwhile, part of the liquid layer,
accompanied by coarser particles, flows across the screen surface, becoming the oversize and is efficiently directed out through the overflow port.
