Working Principle

When the slurry is introduced into the pressure vessel, it gracefully ascends from the bottom up. This upward journey facilitates the elegant deposition of solid particles onto the surface of the filter candle, ensuring a uniform suspension. This meticulous process guarantees the formation of a consistent and reliable filter cake.

Filter cakes form robustly on the outer surface of each stainless steel candle filter element. Designed with precision, these filter candles are ingeniously connected in both series and parallel formations at the top. The sophisticated discharge pipe for the slurry is seamlessly integrated with the level set, while every set tube connects to the primary branch line through an electric valve.
