As the liquid navigates through the meticulously crafted narrow slots, solid particles and unwanted impurities are efficiently captured on the screen's surface, ensuring that only the pristine liquid (a harmonious blend of starch and water) proceeds through, culminating in its collection at the pulp outlet.

The meticulous removal of trapped particles and impurities is achieved through an advanced backwash or flushing system, designed to periodically cleanse the screen's surface. Utilizing either water or air, this system effectively dislodges and flushes away particles, which are then systematically collected for subsequent processing or eco-friendly disposal.
