This versatile system is ideally crafted for solid filtration applications, especially where low flow velocity is paramount. Furthermore, we proudly offer multi bag filters and duplex bag filters to adeptly cater to your diverse and evolving filtration needs.
Ingeniously designed for cutting-edge filtration, our single bag filter features an elevated inlet position above the filter bag. As the filter medium gracefully enters from the inlet, the impurities are effectively captured within the filter bag. The pure, clean filtrate then flows elegantly out through the outlet, gliding along the strong, robust metal basket wall.
When the impurities collected on the filter bag form a substantial filter cake, and the differential pressure reaches 0.05-0.1 MPa, it signals the time for a filter bag change. To replace it, the system must temporarily halt operations. After releasing pressure via the relief valve and opening the filter cover, perform the swap. Post-cleaning, these filter bags are reusable until wear and tear dictate replacement. Filter bags can be reused after cleaning, but need to be replaced when damaged to a certain extent.
