Moreover, we proudly offer multi-bag filters and duplex bag filters to cater to your diverse and sophisticated filtration needs.
In our innovative SS316 Bag Filter Housing, the ingenious design places the inlet strategically above the filter bag, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of the filtration medium. As the liquid enters, it seamlessly passes into the filter bag where impurities are expertly captured, allowing only the pristine filtrate to elegantly flow out from the outlet, guided along the robust metal basket wall.
To maintain optimal filtration performance, replace the filter bag when the collected impurities form a filter cake, and the differential pressure reaches a critical level of 0.05-0.1 MPa. During replacement, the system must be temporarily shut down. Simply open the pressure relief valve and filter cover, swap the used filter bag with a fresh one, and restart the system. Filter bags are designed for reuse after thorough cleaning, but replacement is necessary when they show signs of significant wear or damage.
