Bag Filter Housing

Bag filter is a new type of filter system. The inside of the bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket. The liquid flows in from the inlet and flows out from the outlet after being filtered by the filter bag. The impurities are intercepted in the filter bag and can be used continuously after replacing the filter bag.Bag filter can be designed as standard single-bag or multi-bag systems to meet different application requirements.
The bag filter is a multi-purpose filtration equipment with novel structure, small volume, simple and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, airtight work and strong applicability.

Work Principle

 

The mechanism behind the TDS Series Stainless Steel Single Bag Filter Housing Solution is ingeniously designed to filter particulate matter from the airflow with exceptional efficiency. As the airflow advances into the filter, it traverses a sophisticated series of filter bags crafted from premium filtration media such as polyester, nylon, or fiberglass.
These meticulously engineered filter bags boast minuscule pores that adeptly capture particles, ensuring they accumulate on the exterior surface of the bags. Meanwhile, the purified gas seamlessly passes through the filter bags and exits the filter, masterfully accomplishing gas filtration.
The gathered dust particles form a protective cake on the filter bags' surface, enhancing the filtration efficacy by trapping even finer particles, thus optimizing the filtration process to new heights.
Upon the pressure drop across the filter bags reaching a predetermined threshold, signaling an excessively thick dust cake, the cleaning system is activated with precision. A powerful pulse of compressed air is sent through the bags in a reverse flow, effectively dislodging the dust cake into a hopper for disposal, thereby efficiently restoring optimal cleaning and filtration performance.
