Working Principle

Behold the innovative mechanism of our Self Cleaning Filter with Standard Design Pressure of 1.0MPa by Hebei Slot Filter Technology Co., Ltd. The fluid embarks on its journey through the inlet, gracefully traversing the intricately designed filter element, and exits seamlessly from the outlet. During this passage, impurities are elegantly captured on the inner facade of the filter element. Once the accumulation of these impurities reaches a designated threshold, our sophisticated cleaning process is activated either by a meticulously timed setting or a precise differential pressure sensor. The cleaning phase begins as the speed reducer or cylinder sets the scraper blades in motion, gently sweeping away the impurities clinging to the filter element. These are then deposited at the base of the filter.
