The TSQ series scraping self-cleaning filter is expertly engineered for filtering high-viscosity substances, capable of handling viscosities up to an impressive 800,000 mPa.s. With a versatile filtration degree range from 25 to 1500μm, it swiftly scrapes impurities off the filter element surface, maximizing efficiency in impurity removal. Working Principle

[Filtering Status] Our state-of-the-art filter system welcomes the liquid as it gracefully enters, smoothly passing the advanced scraper mechanism. The liquid then elegantly streams across the filter element, following a path from the inside to the outside, while impurities are skillfully captured on the inner surface of the element. The purified liquid makes its way out through the outlet. Over time, as the filter operates diligently, a multitude of impurities collect, leading to an increase in pressure drop.
[Cleaning Status] With seamless precision, the scraper descends, methodically pushing impurities to the filter's base. As it ascends, remaining particles are transported to the top of the filter element, where they are effortlessly flushed away by the flowing liquid. The scraper then descends once more to ensure any lingering impurities are meticulously removed. Remarkably, during this cleaning phase, the filter maintains continuous online operation without interruption.
[Purging Status] Following several efficient cleaning cycles, impurities gradually accumulate. To address this, simply open the valve at intervals and release the waste liquid, now dense with impurities. This concentrated waste can be collected and utilized if required, ensuring sustainability and efficiency in maintenance.
