Our wedge wire screen lateral assemblies are meticulously categorized into hub lateral assembly and header lateral assembly. These distinctions are based on their strategic installation positions and pivotal functions within the tank.
The hub radial lateral assembly is ingeniously crafted with a central hub and multiple screen laterals. Typically installed at the vessel's top or bottom, it functions as a hub-lateral distributor for liquid distribution at the top and as a hub-lateral collector for liquid collection at the bottom. Particularly in radial flow equipment, like centrifuges, it guarantees uniform distribution or concentrated liquid collection. This assembly offers configurations including 4 laterals (cross laterals), 6 laterals, 8 laterals, 16 laterals, as well as single or dual-layer screen laterals.
Distinct from its radial counterpart, the hub fish spike lateral assembly features a unique structure. It is predominantly utilized for efficient liquid distribution at the top and effective liquid collection at the bottom of large tanks.
