Maintenance

• Replace the filter bag once impurities accumulate into a filter cake and the differential pressure hits 0.05-0.1 MPa, ensuring consistent performance.
• Given the frequent usage of bag filters with their substantial impurity capture, it is essential to conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs, even at minimal differential pressures.
• In the event of gasket deformation, promptly replace it with a new one to maintain optimal sealing and function.

Working Principle

Ingeniously crafted for efficiency, the single bag filter's inlet is strategically placed higher than the filter bag itself. Filter medium gracefully enters through the inlet, cascading into the filter bag. As it journeys through, it leaves behind impurities, which are elegantly captured within the filter bag. The pristine, filtered liquid then flows seamlessly out through the outlet, gliding along the durable metal basket wall.

To ensure optimal performance, replace the filter bag when impurities accumulate, forming a filter cake, and the differential pressure hits 0.05-0.1 MPa. During replacement, the system is temporarily paused: activate the pressure relief valve, remove the filter cover, and install a clean filter bag. These filter bags are designed for reuse after a thorough cleaning, but replacement is necessary once damage reaches a certain threshold. It's a blend of durability and sustainability.

Its thickened top cover is complemented by an O-type fluororubber sealing ring, epitomizing a flawless seal.

a spring mechanism ingeniously integrated within the top cover,

coupled with a round,

stainless steel stamping ring,

envelops the filter bag with a comprehensive 360° clamp for unyielding integrity.
