Working Principle

A.The ingenious flushing sequence is activated with precision, either by a timer or a responsive differential pressure sensor, ensuring the filter basket stays unclogged and maintains optimal flow performance.

B.During the pre-flushing stage, the system intelligently opens the flushing valve, thereby flushing out larger particles efficiently.

C.In the heart of the flushing sequence, a uniquely designed flushing disc, seamlessly integrated with a pneumatic cylinder, enters the filter basket, creating a strategic gap for enhanced cleaning.
