Equipped with an innovative scraper mechanism driven by a deceleration motor, it excels in maintaining continuous filtration online without requiring manual intervention or producing consumable waste. Liquids effortlessly flow into the self-cleaning filter body through the water inlet, managed by cutting-edge intelligent (PLC) controls. The system smartly activates the sewage function based on pressure differences or time settings, showcasing its high automation level. Catering to a wide range of filtration accuracies from 20 um to 1000 um, it provides unparalleled filtration solutions that not only optimize cost but also enhance operational efficiency for our esteemed customers.

Work Principle

As the liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, it elegantly passes through the finely crafted filter element, emerging pristine from the outlet. During this journey, impurities are skillfully captured on the inner surface of the filter element. When these impurities reach a predetermined threshold, the cleaning process is intelligently activated—either through a precise timer setting or a responsive differential pressure sensor.

In this sophisticated system, a speed reducer or cylinder masterfully orchestrates the rotation of scraper blades affixed to the filter element's surface. These blades diligently remove impurities, allowing them to effortlessly fall into the filter's bottom. To maintain optimal performance, the drain valve located at the filter's base is routinely opened to release the high-concentration liquid for recycling. This process not only ensures efficiency but also allows for the reclamation of waste liquid, should it be required.
