Working Principle

The unfiltered liquid is introduced into the automatic backwash filter through the inlet, where a remarkable 50% of the liquid channels through the central distribution tube, gracefully ascending to the top of the filter before entering the filter elements from above. Simultaneously, the remaining portion of the liquid makes its way directly into the filter elements from the base. This dual-entry system allows the unfiltered liquid to enter the filter elements from both the upper and lower ends simultaneously, ensuring that only the purest filtered liquid emerges triumphantly from the outlet. When the crucial pressure drop or a predetermined time threshold is reached, the sophisticated automatic backwash procedure is activated. The gear motor elegantly propels the back-flushing rotation arm to systematically clean each filter element, all the while maintaining uninterrupted filtration. During this meticulous backwashing process, the upper end of the filter element is seamlessly covered by the sliding block, followed by the strategic opening of the back-flushing valve. The pressure differential between the external surroundings of the filter element and the back-flushing outlet ingeniously compels the pristine filtrate to reverse flush the inner surface of the filter element. Consequently, the dislodged impurities are effortlessly expelled through the sewage pipe, culminating in a pristine filtration cycle.
