Designed as a precision instrument, this filter masterfully eliminates impurities intercepted by the filter element, ensuring the seamless functioning of other system components. Driven by a sophisticated deceleration motor, the scraper mechanism operates autonomously, enabling uninterrupted filtration. Without generating filter disposables or requiring manual intervention, this innovation effectively discharges impurities, maintaining continuous online operation. The liquid enters the advanced self-cleaning filter body through the water inlet, governed by cutting-edge intelligent PLC technology. The system intelligently activates the sewage function based on pressure differentials and programmed timing, boasting a high degree of automation. With filtration accuracy that spans from an ultra-fine 20 micrometers to a robust 1000 micrometers, it delivers customized filtration solutions that significantly reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency for our esteemed clientele.

Work Principle

The liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, makes its way through the expertly designed filter element, and finally exits via the outlet. During this seamless journey, impurities are efficiently captured on the refined inner surface of the filter element. Once these impurities accumulate to a certain threshold, our sophisticated system activates the cleaning procedure, precisely triggered by either a timer setting or an advanced differential pressure sensor.

A reliable speed reducer or cylinder diligently drives the scraper blades, which are attached to the surface of the filter element, to rotate and elegantly scrape off impurities. These impurities gently descend to the bottom of the filter. To maintain optimal efficiency, the drain valve at the base should be opened at regular intervals to discharge the concentrated liquid, ideal for recycling. This waste liquid can be advantageously reclaimed if required.
