This innovation ensures the filter's optimal performance remains uninterrupted. The system smartly discharges liquid brimming with high impurity concentration, collected within the chamber. This process is precisely controlled by a cutting-edge PLC system that monitors time and pressure differences. The expelled liquid, once removed, offers flexibility in handling-either being recycled back into the system or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. With this advanced technology, we provide unparalleled reliability and efficiency in maintaining filtration integrity.

 

Working Principle

The liquid enters through the inlet, gracefully flowing through the filter element, then exits through the outlet, leaving behind impurities trapped on the inner surface of the filter element. As these impurities accumulate to a specific threshold, a meticulous cleaning procedure is triggered, either by a timer setting or activated by a differential pressure sensor. This initiates the movement of the scraper blades, powered by a speed reducer or cylinder, which elegantly rotate and sweep away the impurities from the filter element surface. These impurities gracefully descend to the bottom of the filter, where a strategically placed drain valve is opened regularly to release the concentrated liquid, allowing for recycling. If needed, the waste liquid can be efficiently reclaimed, adding an extra layer of sustainability to the process.
