Manufactured from HIGH WEAR RESISTANT MATERIAL of premium quality natural SAR Grade rubber with a shore hardness of 65.

Reinforced with a heat treated polyester cord which is resistant to deformation during use.
This rubber is specifically designed to demonstrate excellent resistance to impact abrasion to European DIN22102 standards.

Rubber screen mats offer many advantages even with a lower open screening area than woven wire mesh screens, especially on smaller apertures.
• Ideal as complete decks on larger screen boxes or as an impact section prior to a woven wire mesh screen.
