Work Principle

 

The working principle of a bag filter is ingeniously designed to efficiently filter out particulate matter from the airflow. As air enters the system, it flows seamlessly through an array of specially crafted filter bags, constructed from high-quality filtration media such as polyester, nylon, or fiberglass.
These exceptional filter bags are equipped with minuscule pores that masterfully capture particles, allowing them to accumulate gracefully on the outer surfaces of the bags. Meanwhile, the purified gas effortlessly passes through the filter bags and exits the system, thus achieving impeccable gas filtration.
The dust particles collected form an adept cake on the surface of the filter bags. Interestingly, this dust cake plays a crucial role in enhancing the filtration process by effectively capturing even smaller particles.
Upon reaching a certain pressure drop across the filter bags, a clear signal that the dust cake has thickened, the sophisticated cleaning system is activated.
