Work Principle

The ingenious mechanism of a bag filter revolves around the efficient filtration of particulate matter from the airflow. As the airflow gracefully enters the filter, it navigates through a meticulously engineered series of filter bags, crafted from premium filtration media like polyester, nylon, or fiberglass.
These expertly designed filter bags boast minuscule pores that proficiently trap particles, leading to their strategic accumulation on the bags' outer surface.

Meanwhile, the purified gas seamlessly traverses the filter bags, resulting in its clean discharge, thus achieving impeccable gas filtration.

The amassed dust particles ingeniously form a dust cake on the filter bags' surface. Remarkably, this dust cake enhances the filtration process, adeptly capturing even smaller particles.
