Working Principle

Experience the seamless efficiency of our cutting-edge filtration technology. As liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, it embarks on a journey through our meticulously designed filter element, emerging purified from the outlet. Our system ensures that impurities are effectively captured on the inner surface of the filter element. When the accumulation of these impurities reaches a predefined threshold, our sophisticated cleaning process activates. This can be triggered by a timer or a differential pressure sensor. It sets into motion the speed reducer or cylinder, which expertly maneuvers the scraper blades along the filter element's surface, efficiently removing impurities. These unwanted particles are then directed to the bottom of the filter, ready for disposal. To maintain peak performance, the drain valve at the bottom is routinely opened, allowing the concentrated waste liquid to be drained and potentially recycled, offering an eco-friendly solution.
