Working Principle

[Filtering Status] As the liquid gracefully enters the Efficient Self Cleaning Filter, it seamlessly passes the scraper, gracefully traversing the filter element from the inside out. This elegant journey ensures that impurities are effectively blocked on the inner surface of the element. The purified liquid then effortlessly flows out through the outlet. Over time, as the filter does its diligent work, impurities accumulate, leading to an increase in pressure drop.
[Cleaning Status] With precision, the scraper moves downward, gently guiding impurities towards the bottom. As it ascends, any remaining impurities are skillfully pushed to the top of the filter element and swiftly flushed off by the liquid's flow. This harmonious cycle continues as the scraper descends once more, ensuring that impurities are meticulously scraped off again. Delight in knowing that throughout the cleaning process, our filter remains operational, continuously working online without interruption.
[Purging Status] After several efficient cleaning cycles, impurities start to accumulate more prominently.
