With the power of PLC control, it intelligently manages the automatic discharge of liquid boasting high impurity concentration, collected within its chamber. This process is meticulously governed by both time and pressure differential controls. Moreover, the discharged liquid, full of impurities, offers versatile options; it can be seamlessly recycled back into the system or responsibly disposed of, ensuring no wastage and optimal efficiency.

 

Working Principle

The liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, cascading through the precision-engineered filter element before exiting seamlessly from the outlet. As the liquid journeys through, impurities find themselves ensnared on the pristine inner surface of the filter element. When these trapped impurities reach a critical mass, the sophisticated self-cleaning process springs into action. This process is set into motion either by a pre-programmed timer or activated by a highly sensitive differential pressure sensor. Ingeniously, a speed reducer or cylinder commands the scraper blades, expertly affixed to the filter element's surface, to rotate. This movement efficiently scrapes off the impurities, causing them to gather at the bottom of the filter. At regular intervals, the strategically placed drain valve at the bottom opens, allowing the release of the concentrated liquid, facilitating its recycling. If desired, even the waste liquid holds potential for reclamation.
