Self-cleaning filter is suitable for emulsion, grease, resin, paint, honey,syrup,fermentation liquid, glue and other viscous liquids. The scraper self-cleaning filter is a precision equipment that removes the impurities intercepted by the filter element and protects the normal operation of other equipment in the system by driving the scraper by the deceleration motor. It can automatically discharge while single-machine continuous online filtration, no filter supplies are produced, and no manual cleaning is required. The liquid enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet, controlled by advanced intelligent (PLC), according to the pressure difference, time setting can automatically open the sewage function, high degree of automation. It covers the requirements of various filtration accuracy from 20 um to 1000 um, and provides customers with filtration solutions that reduce cost and increase efficiency.

 

Working Principle

The liquid enters seamlessly through the inlet, traversing the filter element's expertly engineered structure, and exits smoothly from the outlet. Impurities are efficiently captured on the inner surface of the filter element, ensuring a pristine output. As these impurities build up to a pre-set threshold, an automatic cleaning sequence is initiated, either via a precise timer setting or triggered by the astute sensitivity of a differential pressure sensor. The integrated speed reducer or pneumatic cylinder activates the rotation of scraper blades meticulously attached to the filter element's surface, effectively removing accumulated impurities. These impurities are collected at the bottom of the filter, ensuring a tidy process. A strategically placed drain valve at the filter's base is periodically opened to discharge the high-concentration liquid, allowing for recycling. Furthermore, the waste liquid, rich in recyclable materials, can be reclaimed if necessary, aligning with sustainable practices.
