Our advanced filter design focuses on intercepting impurities while returning the thick slurry, rather than draining residues. For optimal performance, the material's viscosity should ideally be below 30CP to ensure seamless filtration. Additionally, the solid content should remain under 0.5% to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.

The distinction between our PA and PE variants lies in their composition and appearance. The PE sintered pipe boasts a pure white hue, crafted from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Conversely, the PA microporous filter tube is a composite, incorporating mesh-specific activated carbon fibers with PE, resulting in a pure black finish. Temperature resilience varies, with the PE filter enduring up to 80ºC, while the PA filter withstands temperatures up to 120ºC, offering superior performance under thermal stress.

Working Principle

Once the filtration criteria are met, a smart signal halts the circulation of the crystal-clear liquid, allowing it to be elegantly expelled from the outlet into the next phase of your process, thus ensuring optimal filtration efficiency.

Following a period of flawless filtration, the filter cake layer attains its optimal thickness. At this juncture, the feed port is closed, and any residual liquid is efficiently drained. The system then innovatively initiates a backblow using compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam, effortlessly dislodging the filter cake. The backblowing process halts after a precise interval, signaling the opening of the slag discharge port to release the accumulated waste. Upon completion, the slag port is sealed, restoring the system to its pristine state, ready to embark on another impeccable filtration cycle.
