Working Principle

The design of our multi-bag filter is ingeniously crafted to ensure optimal filtration efficiency. Ingeniously positioned, the inlet of the multi-bag filter is placed lower than the filter bags, facilitating a seamless flow of the filter medium. As the medium enters through the inlet, it ascends to the apex of the housing above the filter bags. From here, it gracefully descends, traversing through the filter bags to accomplish the filtration process with precision. Post-filtration, impurities are effectively captured within the filter bags, while the pristine filtrate seamlessly exits through the outlet, ready for use.

To maintain peak performance and ensure longevity, it is crucial to monitor the filter bags closely. When impurities accumulate to form filter cakes and the differential pressure reaches between 0.14-0.17 MPa, it's time to replace the filter bags. During this replacement process, the filter system must be temporarily shut down. Begin by opening the pressure relief valve and the filter cover. Following the installation of fresh filter bags, restart the system for continuous operation. While filter bags can be cleaned and reused for efficiency, replacement is necessary once they exhibit significant damage. Prioritize regular maintenance to ensure reliability and superior performance.
