TSQ Series Pneumatic Scraping Self-Cleaning Filter This innovative filter is engineered to automatically expel particles and impurities from the internal surface of the filter element through a robust mechanical scraping action, allowing for seamless, continuous online operations. The TSQ series is meticulously crafted for the filtration of high-viscosity liquids, effortlessly handling viscosities up to a staggering 800,000 mPa.s. Offering a filtration range from a precise 25μm to a generous 1500μm, this powerhouse filter rapidly clears impurities from the filter surface with unmatched speed, ensuring unparalleled efficiency in impurity removal. Perfectly suited for both water and an array of viscous liquids, our filter stands as a testament to engineering excellence, delivering superior performance in diverse applications.
Work Principle
The liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, journeys through the state-of-the-art filter element, and emerges purified from the outlet. Impurities are skillfully captured on the inner surface of the filter element. When these impurities accumulate to a designated threshold, the sophisticated cleaning procedure is automatically initiated, either by a pre-set timer or by the discerning differential pressure sensor that ensures optimal performance.
With precision, the speed reducer or cylinder orchestrates the scraper blades to elegantly glide along the filter element, effectively removing accumulated impurities. These impurities descend to the filter's base. The strategically placed drain valve at the filter's bottom is opened at regular intervals to release the concentrated liquid, allowing for efficient recycling. Should there be a need, the waste liquid can be resourcefully reclaimed, contributing to sustainable practices.
