Work Principle
Experience the seamless efficiency of our High-Pressure Self-Cleaning Brush Filter as the liquid journeys through the system. Entering smoothly from the inlet, it glides through the high-precision filter element, emerging pristinely from the outlet. Unwanted impurities are skillfully captured on the inner surface of the filter element. When the impurities accumulate to a predetermined level, our advanced system automatically initiates the cleaning process, triggered by either a timer setting or precision from a differential pressure sensor.
Empowered by a speed reducer or cylinder, the scraper blades elegantly rotate across the filter element's surface, meticulously removing impurities. These impurities are then collected at the filter's base. Our system includes a drain valve at the bottom, which opens regularly to release the high-concentration liquid for efficient recycling. Should there be a need, the waste liquid is readily reclaimable, ensuring sustainability.
