The TSQ series is meticulously engineered to tackle high-viscosity filtration demands, accommodating viscosities up to an impressive 800,000 mPa.s. With a filtration range spanning from 25 to 1500μm, it excels in swiftly scraping impurities off the filter element surface, thereby maximizing efficiency in impurity removal. This cutting-edge filter is ideally suited for water and a diverse array of viscous liquids, making it a versatile choice for advanced filtration needs.
Work Principle
The liquid enters gracefully through the inlet, flows seamlessly through the precision-engineered filter element, and exits smoothly from the outlet. Impurities are efficiently captured on the inner surface of the filter element. As these impurities accumulate, either a preset timer or a sophisticated differential pressure sensor initiates the cleaning process, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
The system's advanced speed reducer or cylinder powers the scraper blades, elegantly rotating against the filter element's surface to meticulously remove impurities. These impurities then descend to the bottom of the filter, efficiently collected for convenient disposal. The strategically placed drain valve at the filter's base can be regularly opened to drain the high concentration liquid, which can be recycled or reclaimed as necessary, promoting sustainability and efficiency.
