This innovative system effortlessly and automatically eliminates particles and impurities from the internal surface of the filter element through precise mechanical scraping. Engineered for continuous online operation, it boasts a versatile filtration range of 25-1500μm, rapidly clearing impurities to ensure optimal performance. Ideal for both water and a wide array of viscous liquids, the TSQ Series stands as the pinnacle of filtration technology, delivering unparalleled results where it matters most.
Work Principle
The liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, journeys through the expertly designed filter element, and emerges purified from the outlet. Ingeniously, impurities are captured on the inner surface of the filter element. As these impurities gather to a significant degree, an automatic cleaning procedure is set into motion, either initiated by a precisely calibrated timer or activated by a sensitive differential pressure sensor.
The efficient rotation of scraper blades, driven by either a speed reducer or a cylinder, delicately removes impurities from the filter element surface. These impurities are then collected at the filter's base. An intelligently placed drain valve opens at regular intervals, allowing for the systematic removal of the concentrated liquid. This process not only facilitates recycling but also ensures that any waste liquid can be reclaimed if necessary.
