Furthermore, the innovative pneumatic slag discharge port situated at the bottom of the unit enhances automation, showcasing a significant leap forward compared to conventional filter cartridges.

Our exceptional filter sets a new standard in maintaining purity, as it typically refrains from draining residues. Instead, it skillfully intercepts undesirable impurities and efficiently recycles the thick slurry. Designed for optimal performance, the system operates seamlessly with materials of viscosity under 30CP, ensuring smooth operation without undue stickiness. It is engineered to handle materials with a solid content below 0.5%, thus guaranteeing superior filtration results.

The difference between PA and PE

The distinction between these two innovative materials lies in their unique compositions and capabilities. The polymer PE sintered pipe is crafted from premium ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, yielding a product of pristine white hue. In contrast, the PA microporous filter tube is an intricate composite, enhanced with activated carbon fibers of precise mesh numbers, resulting in a striking pure black finish. Notably, PE filter cartridges excel with a temperature endurance of up to 80ºC, while PA filter cartridges surpass this with an impressive resistance of up to 120°C, catering to a broader range of applications.

Working Principle

Our advanced filtration system employs a sophisticated process where the liquid is meticulously guided through the screen, transitioning from the outside inwards. This effective mechanism ensures impurities are captured and retained outside, while a robust filter cake layer progressively forms on the screen's exterior. Initially, prior to the completion of this layer, the filtrate is recycled back to the inlet, promoting continuous circulation until the filter cake is adequately formed to meet stringent filtration standards. At this juncture, a signal prompts the system to cease liquid circulation, allowing the pristine, clear filtrate to seamlessly proceed from the outlet to the subsequent processing stage, achieving optimal filtration efficiency.

Following a phase of efficient filtration, the system intelligently detects when the filter cake layer has attained its optimal thickness. The feed port is promptly sealed, and any residual liquid is efficiently evacuated from the filter. Utilizing the back mouthpiece, whether through compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam, a thorough backblowing is initiated post-draining, facilitating the effortless detachment of the filter cake. Upon completion of a strategic backblowing period, the process halts, triggering an automatic signal to open the filter slag discharge port for efficient slag removal. Once this step is concluded, the port is securely closed, and the system reverts to its pre-filtration state, poised and ready for the next filtration cycle.
