Moreover, we take pride in offering multi bag filters and duplex bag filters to seamlessly satisfy your diverse and unique filtration requirements.
In the ingeniously designed single bag filter setup, the placement of the inlet is strategically higher than that of the filter bag. This allows the filter medium to gracefully flow into the filter bag from above, maximizing efficiency. The impurities are expertly captured within the filter bag, while the pristine, clean filtrate emerges from the outlet, following the pathway along the sturdy, fixed metal basket wall.
To maintain optimal performance, it's essential to replace the filter bag when impurities accumulate, forming a filter cake, and the differential pressure reaches 0.05-0.1 MPa. During replacement, the filter system needs a temporary shutdown. Open the pressure relief valve and filter cover, then seamlessly reinstall the filter unit after exchanging the filter bag. Remarkably, filter bags can be cleaned and reused, offering sustainability, but must be replaced when they show significant damage. This ensures continuous high efficiency and reliability.
