Providing better screening action than traditional woven wire and greater open area than polyurethane, this screen media is designed to boost production by reducing costly, time-consuming blinding and pegging problems, while also delivering superior wear life. Diamond, Herringbone, and Straight wire slot openings for maximum output in a variety of dry or wet applications.

Type & Specification

Polyurethane Bands are generally made with 80-90 degree shore hardness PU, withstand most of theaggregate screening applications,offering great wearresistance and increasing the screens' wear life. Thiscan be used in all types of self cleaning screens.

Iron Wire Bands are used in applications where temperature exceed 70 degree. Highly recommended for asphalt plants.
